If you are not satisfied with Formly Pro for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase. We believe in our product and want you to feel confident trying it.

How to Request a Refund

1. Email us at [email protected] with the subject "Refund Request"
2. Include the email address you used when purchasing
3. We will process your refund within 5 business days

Refunds are processed through Paddle, our payment partner. The refund will be returned to your original payment method.

What Qualifies

• First-time Pro subscriptions (monthly or annual)
• Request made within 14 days of purchase
• Annual plan refunds are prorated after 14 days (contact us)

What Does Not Qualify

• Renewal charges after the initial 14-day period (you may cancel anytime before renewal)
• Requests made more than 14 days after purchase (except for extenuating circumstances — contact us, we'll review)

Cancellation

You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time through your Paddle account settings. Cancellation stops future charges but does not provide a refund for the current billing period (unless within the 14-day window above).
